Another Property Forfeited To The Government By Former Senate President In Ilorin

The former Senate President has forfeited again two houses in Ilorin Kwara state to the government, the EFCC told the court there was treasury loot traced between 2003-2011 when he was still governing the state.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on today secured an order of the Federal High Court in Lagos for the forfeiture of two houses in Ilorin, Kwara State, belonging to a former Senate President, Bukola Saraki. Justice Rilwan Aikawa gave the order of the temporal forfeiture to the government.
The houses address are as follows plot 10 and 11 abdulkadirRoad GRA in the state capital

JustOn the contrary EFCC has filed a complaint an ex parte application in pursuant to Section 17 of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Related Offences Act No. 14, 2006.
